Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of booking your order. We will refund the full cost of the product, but we will not refund commissions and tax fees.
If you cancel your reservation, we will refund your payment minus 20% cancellation fee.

Returns
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@istanbuliphoto.com and provide your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will process your return and send you a replacement product within 7 business days of receiving your request.
If you received the wrong product, please contact us at info@istanbuliphoto.com and provide your order number and the name of the product you were supposed to receive. We will process your return and send you the correct product within 7 business days of receiving your request.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
